**Artist at Work**

We had a treat of a morning - one of the guys from church took Danny, myself, and Gemma out for breakfast. He's almost 80 and wears a stetson religiously, plays in bands and is clearly generous! We had a really lovely couple of hours getting to know him better. Home via collecting some stuff for filming the Sunday services whilst the usual guy is away (he's asked if I'll do it for him - eek!). Danny and Gemma went off to continue sorting the crazy insurance issue we've got with the 24-7 vehicle...
This afternoon Asha and I went off to the orthodontist whilst the boys went to football. We were there a good 2 hours as part of her brace had actually come off at the weekend.
Home for Danny's slow cooked gammon (he was setting up at 8am before the school run!) with Gemma. She remembered to bring her socks I'd bought in Rotterdam (with you SallyWynne!), so we obviously had to have a team pic of them (extra).
Blip is Asha finishing a school tech project - her and her friend have had to make a sweet sorting machine. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Ian's kindness, and the laughter this morning.
2) Good chat with Asha to and from the orthodontist.
3) Being reminded of this song we used to listen to loads at home when I was a teen. Iona were a family fave for a good while.
