Productive Thursday

Today has been relentless, have felt less pained today thankfully but my chronic fatigue has been high.

I have managed to push through and get a lot ticked off my catch up list.

I got my long overdue flu jag and Covid booster jag this afternoon which I am very happy about as this was my fourth attempt since September due to having had to reschedule due to all of the lurgies and was keen to get it.

The vaccination nurse was an absolutely lovely woman, very kind and compassionate.

Very grateful my asthma has settled, haven’t been enjoying the cold air as that is one my triggers.

I am feeling pretty exhausted but after the past few months, it will take a wee bit of time to feel back to my “normal”.

I went to visit a friend in hospital today and got a lot of my life admin done.
