Flying lessons & air ballet

The blip was taken when everything was still calm and cool. 

A wee while later, Willow decided he wants to do a race with his little sister Djeili, who came rushing out the bushes and passed us in a galop. All was quiet, I had let him go from trot to walk, but a few meters further he suddenly exploded, he was all in the air with massive bucking.

I could sit the first buck, but not the second monster buck - being with a pad only and not with a saddle certainly didn't help. 
In flight mode, I only thought, I should try to keep my limbs as close as possible to me, and to try to rather roll instead of landing too hard. Succeeded with the first, the second was still rather a "thud" on the ground on my back. 

I am doing more or less fine. though! Back hurts a bit, reckon it is the muscles that are all tightened up. Ibuprofen and warming salve will help. If not better tomorrow, I will have a spa day. 

I have not fallen off a horse for a long time. Glad that's done with now, hope it won't occur too often!
