Wednesday Food Market

Here’s Bb in our Wednesday food market. Nice to see it all again and top up on our fruit. We always think of our friends and ex blipped briocarioca when we’re here and we’d sometimes bump into each other in the market. After walking round here we walked up to see the progress in the renovations of the little Santa Clara Hotel, where we were based for months when we did the renovations to our studio in 2011. The villa building has been turned into little apartments and so went in and we’re down around them. We were tickled pink to be in our old hotel room and see what they’d done to it! See the extra of Bb on our old balcony, where we used to have our breakfasts! Next stop was ‘Stop’, the place round the corner and we had coffee and a fried egg roll. That gave us sustenance for our desk work in the afternoon!

For our own records, we also bought a replacement coffee jug for our filter machine as ours broke while being washed! First one we came home home with was too big, second one just right!
