FAMILY

My first (and only) physio appointment today at 8am re my ankle break. He did examine it but then everything is online!!!! No showing me/watching me do the exercises. Progress seems strange!!!!
Then went and had my Christmas nails done.

I got up to Mums just after 11. My sister is down so we made the most of the time together. (3rd time this year…it’s been lovely)

C came down to see the new house. Think she was shocked at how much there is to do!!!
Glad my tutoring was cancelled. I’ve done a lot of mileage today going not very far!!!
