Kite Festival - 2

Second Day of the Kite Festival came with morning rain and blustery winds off the sea but that didnt stop the show going on. By the time I arrived the sun was out and the winds had settled down. The kite selection was not as good as yesterday to my eyes but there were a few of these octopussies octopi flying.
