This is at Island Bay and a great example of refurbishment. Its been a bit of a different day as The Boss had a tricky photographic assignment and had to photograph The Bosses but it ended well and they are still married but his account for professional services is bound to be disputed.
Oh wait..... Chocolate sauce ice cream for dessert...... sigh
