A busy day!

We started the day with window cleaning on two more of the seven new windows. We did it as the sun shone through the glass, allowing us to see all the dust and smears. It took quite a while but feels like it was really worthwhile.
Then we paused for breakfast and after that Jan headed off to town where she had some adventures, but she's written about that on her blip.
I went out for a quick walk and got a phone call telling me the electrician will be here tomorrow morning at 7:30 to fix our charging point. So once home there was some moving things and clearing out in the barn so the electrician can do their work along the relevant wall between the fuse box and the place for the charging point..
Then I came in to make some saffron buns - one of Jan's favourites. It is also traditional to eat them on Saint Lucia's Day, which is on Friday!
Anyway, I have to head off to bed now because of that early start tomorrow!
