Goatfell and Brodick Harbour

Parked at Cleuchlands wood and walked to Dun Fionn a hill with a fort on top. On the way I saw The Waverley sailing into the harbour. A great view from the top to Goatfell and Holy Isle. We walked down from the Dun on a little path over a field and passed an old WWII sentry post and onto the beach. This is where the No Take zone is but the seal basking on a rock had obviously not been told. From the beach it was a hot walk back through Lamlash and back to the car by the cycle track.
