My happy place

The whole day tbh. Walk with Rosie then a swim in the pool with hot tub, cold shower, sauna, cold shower, steam room routine with Emma. Kind of floated home then organised myself in front of the telly for the last Grand Prix of the season. V good it was, all end of termy.
