Changes On The Horizon

Last of three days of warmer weather before we plunge back into our normal winter range. A beautiful cloud formation developed and I'm glad I waited it out to see the undersides light up.

I decided to fetch my big wide angle in order capture the big sky and foreground ice patterns. Again I tried to bring out warmer light hitting some of the ridges in the ice.

At one point, geese flew over in formation, unfortunately my shutter was too slow for a sharp shot.
