This morning I made a Carob Cake to take to College tomorrow.
Left to cool as I visited Joan who had some sad news.... 
Eileen has Breast Cancer... Bless her, hope she'll be ok.
I then went for a walk in drizzly weather.
When I got back I made lunch, that's when I saw this pretty Magpie, look at all the colours on him, you think he's only Black & White, but you're so wrong.
After Lunch I decided to make some Shortbread & ice the Carob Cake.
Yum!
We had a slice of Cake for pudding, because there's half for College & half for us......... it's delish & so is the Shortbread.
