Such a shame

This huge tree on campus came down in Storm Darragh. It has a Tree Preservation Order marker on it so I think it must have been a really old specimen.

I felt really old myself with creaking bones after tackling some hedge chopping and leaf clearing at the weekend. 

It was another busy day, full of student appointments for advice and guidance before they head home for the vacation and get stuck into assignments and revision ahead of the new year deadlines.

But in good news, from Tuesday we will be back up to full strength in the team so that together with the end of term on Friday may mean we get a less frenetic lead into the vacation.
