Submerged

Disturbed sleep from traffic last night.  Feeling a tad foggy-brained today.

Managed two dog walks the second shorter than the first.  Encountered a former market stallholder who lives nearby and got chatting.  Didn't realise how cold it was as my feet reminded me when we resumed our walk.

It's been too gloomy to blip anything today, this is a blip from yesterday.  The heavy rainfall has resulted in punts full of water.  Further up I saw punts being water-bailed.  I've not seen any punts covered as a preventative measure to excessive rainfall.
