NO GENTLE ZEPHYR TONIGHT

My daughter has many holiday TREES scattered about her house, of many different sizes & materials.  This glass tree caught my eye, just before Angus & I returned home.  My intention was to post it in mono, but this original color version embraces the holiday.

We are happy to be home, but on edge because a serious
Santa Ana wind event is expected overnight, into tomorrow afternoon.  The
dry conditions & low humidity, combined with the high wind have
caused our worst wildfires, in the recent past.  Cities near me have had devastating damage, during wind driven fires.

I always say "knowledge is power," in situations like this, along with preparation & good sense.   Worry is a motivator...
