Spent a very pleasant lunch time with Kiera and her lovely girls in Richmond Park today.

I have memories of my youth (playing in Richmond Park with my brother all day), my Douglas Bader stay where I was driven through the park on my weekends home from hospital and more recently, Paul's text that he sent from the park while there with his mum and his dog. The latter memories are still very strong in my mind and make me so sad.
