Back blip,  posted Tuesday 10th.

The approach to Singapore early Monday morning....quite a sight! 
After a long flight from Manchester,  which was seriously delayed, it was a mad final dash to the terminal for my onward flight to Cairns. We made it with minutes to spare and I was the last to board...talk about stress.!!!
Arrived in Cairns 5.30pm their time, an hour to get through passport control, and Border force, and finally after checking in to the hotel, I reached my room at7.30pm...9.30am Monday  uk time. 
Just a bit weary  and all I wanted was bed......
All good though, I've arrived , safe and well.
