If I was hoping for rain last Monday I was wishing for clear skies today.  But, no ... it's rained all day.  And I mean ... all day.

I had an appointment this afternoon for a gel injection for my right knee so I was forced to go out.  But before that I spent some time in the sunroom shooting the squirrels and birds.  And I was rewarded for my bravery of the elements by getting lots of squirrel photos.  I simply loved this one ... made Mono Monday ready with some Christmas magic.  Please have a look full screen.

Thanks to McCaviti for hosting Mono Monday all this month.  My true MM street photograph can be seen in Extras.  It was shot during the drive home from my appointment.  If it hadn't been raining all day I would have made the trip to Downtown Bethlehem for some real street photography.  It's really beautiful this time of year.
