Crumbs

I first came across these spicy biscuits when I lived in NW Germany many years ago, where they were known as Spekulatius. I then found them in the Netherlands a few years later where they were called Spekulaas. I’m delighted that they can now be bought in some English supermarkets, so I stock up every Christmas.
