Loch Earn

I walked B from St Fillans and into Glen Tarken this morning. It was a lovely bright but cold day with good views west up Loch Earn to the mountains in the west. 
In Glen Tarken in a spot called (aptly) Jerusalem is evidence of a an old village with several ruined dwelling houses (extra) and an old lime kiln. This area supported a school for 60 at the end of the 18c  but is now populated by sheep and is currently being considered for yet another wind farm.
