Fern

Fern folding up protecting itself from the frost & damp.

Couldn’t get back to sleep early morning so had a jelly fruit & some warm water. Then went back to bed.

Got up later than usual, finding it a nightmare trying to fit in antibiotics (on an empty stomach) between the smaller meals spread throughout the day & my early bed times.

Will be glad when rattling no meds or minimum amount. Have alarms on phone as reminders which have to change according to meal times & when last taken an anti-B.

Had a wobbly shower this morning, then dressed the wound then clothes on myself.

After lunch a short walk round the square & the next half round the corner. Not yet time for the park.
