London by Night

Finished work on time, luckily and then it was off on the car with K to London to compete in the Virgin Active London Triathlon.

We arrived at about 8.00pm, after a sight seeing tour the sat nav through we would like. It was quite pleasant driving past Harrods, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, the Tower of London etc

After some food we had a walk around the run route which went right past our hotel and then to bed for an early night.
