in Cottons Park. My walk was to the fun day in the park today. About twice a s big as last time I went there and a number of stalls, including one with a lot of local history stuff including a reprint of the 1915 OS map of the area which is fascinating

We were approached by a very nice lady doing survey of people there, did they use the park, did they want to see any changes, where did we live and so on. The only disappointment was that the owls which had been advertised were a no show, I was looking forward to them. But on the plus side instead of cloudy with sunny spells, it's been sunny all day.
