Storm Darrugh

A very grey start to the day followed by heavy rain and wind.

Power not restored until 11.20am (off since 5.15pm the previous day).

It was good to have the company of my sister in the afternoon for a few hours.  Also a video chat with Lyn in the evening - she’d travelled back from her daughters in Cambridge, adjusting her timing to take account of the weather.  It must have been a hell of a journey.
