Castleton

 Caught CHA coach to Derbyshire Peak District intending to walk from Hope to Castleton - two other routes were trod by other members - given heavy rain and wind - full waterproof gear required - arrived in Castleton to discover the whole village decorated with Christmas Trees and garlands- in the back of a van - one of our group - an experienced walker -  felt ill on route - diverted walk to minor road where  said van was flagged down and driver offered to take us all to destination in back of his van - his children were sat up front  - few shots taken so blip of festively decorated sweet shop in Castleton and walker now recovered
