4/8 Wood Burner

We went to friends at Little Rissington today for Sunday lunch. On the way there we saw a lot of evidence that Storm Darragh had indeed already passed through. Along the verges were branches which had come down and then been dragged off the roads.

Unfortunately we found that our friend’s boiler had conked out and it was serious, they need a new one as it can’t be repaired! 

With a couple of electric heaters and the wood burner up and running it was actually very warm and cosy. I do hope that they can get a new boiler before Christmas.
