Lovely people!

An intense but wonderful morning at church. Julia (pictured) spoke and was wonderful. A woman, new out of all sorts of dark spiritual stuff, found a deep freedom today and we ended up baptising her after the service - in the freezing pool!
Home and we all felt exhausted after the morning. We needed the lightness of Strictly on catch up!
This evening Claire and I were up at the Cathedral for a free, candlelit, string quartet playing Vivaldi. It was amazing, there must have been thousands of candles, all up the aisle and covering the alter. A gorgeous enriching evening. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The unexpected morning at church.
2) Julia... Her and her family are so wonderful to us. She met her Ibicencan husband on the beach here in the 60s!
3) Listening to the beautiful music.
