Concert Day

John's choir performed Rossini's Petite Messe Solomnelle which is superb but neither petite nor solemn. A great performance and we gathered at home with friends afterwards for a few drinks and nibbles, with a nod towards the start of Christmas.
Still rather windy weather but our area generally gets off lightly - there are advantages to being in a rain shadow.
