Fluffy iPhones

Who'd have thocht it? I became aware that the seldom mentioned MrsP's iPhone didn't have WiFi capability whilst on holiday a month or so back. It just didn't find any networks. So, I managed to prise it away for a bit of a going over. Updates, resets, the usual stuff. No joy until I stumbled over a discussion thread from someone who had the same problem and had solved it by removing the case. Fekking fekk - that worked! What a useless thing to sell as an iPhone case, would you not say.
Anyway, back to the reading - started William Dalrymples's Return of a King, his account of the first Afghan War. What a page turner it is too, *spoiler alert* even though you know everyone gets killed. Well, almost.
