Day 1 Canberra via Gumnut

When we moved to the Highlands in 2000 the Gumnut Patisserie was already established at Bowral. Since then they have expanded to Berrima and Mittagong as well. They make delicious pastries. They also have a great reputation for training apprentices.

So on our drive to Canberra today we made a quick detour to Gumnut.
