Friday

As expected felt shitty today after the flu vaccine. The arm swelled up (as usual) and was painful, felt achy and weary. I had to cancel my weights class on the App, which was annoyed about. I got a WA from the Club asking if I was ok and I let them know what it was. It was nice of them to check.

We went to Gloagburn for some soup and it was pea and mint, the other choice being leek and potato. I don’t like lumps of potatoes in soup hence choosing the pea. S had the koftas and salad with pitta. We got a scone and a traybake from the farm shop for eating at home. I couldn’t be bothered sitting any longer.

Didn’t eat much for tea and was in bed just after 8am with my bottleys.
