While the girls put the tree up...

...I'm having a read of this, which I bought at the last Quorn bus event I went to back in September 2023. I never got around to reading all through it.
Homework done for the students from this morning, then I realised that I also needed to plan the lessons for Monday evening. That's the second Saturday where I've done that, turning into an old git I guess... Finally finished around 6pm.

The girls had gone off to Action meanwhile (I guess the French equivalent of Metro?) to buy some more Christmas decorations. Emma decided that we should have different coloured lights to those we had last year on the tree (which were blue). So now I also have some things to decorate my "class room" with too (dining room). The tree is in the far corner of that room.

So I've not "Now That's What I Call Xmas" playing (with added "Last Christmas" by Wham! - As only the instrumental was included on the compilation), while I read my book.
