Rustic

When I was a chef "Rustic cut", or "Rustic style" was code for "we haven't peeled the veg and we can't be faffed with cutting it into macedoine or similar". This is going to be a rustic lamb casserole with fresh marjoram and rosemary.

I did a tutorial this morning, one student is on the Isle of Bute; they were getting the weather. Otherwise, a bit of light domestics and some reading (I also did a smidgeon of work).
