Whew, finally!

Since we moved to our street 20 years ago this enourmous tree has always been decorated with Christmas lights and lit up, traditionally on the 1st Sunday of Advent. In 2022 it was lit up over a week too early, on the 19th of November, but I don't remember how it was last Christmas season...

Last weekend I noticed it hadn't been lit and thought maybe they'd decided to end the tradition of decorating the tree (it's a bit of a hassle, they need to get a truck with a crane to put the lights up) but lo and behold: Today we noticed it had been lit up one more time! Made me so very happy!
