Advent Day 7

The weather has been dire all day, though not as bad as other areas of the country with Storm Darragh....


Anyway, I wasn't going outside to blip, so I thought I'd share another day of the Advent Calendar I have

I''ve been doing housework, and sorting out a few things for Christmas.. 

I've ordered some present's online via Not on the High Street which I gather are individual sellers.  I just hope they arrive in one piece as they are fragile items...

My Dad and Stepmum are now hoping to come on the 22nd December, assuming my Dad is able to drive this far by then...so I've booked lunch at the usual place :)

Charlie took one look outside this morning and returned to bed, where she has been laying all day with breaks for eating and drinking.  She hates not being able to go outside.

A short time ago there was a very brief power cut, for about 2 minutes - on off, then on off again - enough to throw my heating out.  I'm hoping it is still working ok, as its not very warm in the house and its a very old boiler....

Feeling quite blessed that I am indoors and don't have to go out today, unlike our blue light services.
