We walked up to Appleton reservoir today. As we were having our bread and cheese the heavens opened. We walked down to Walton Gardens where the Weaver Valley Accordian Band were playing to an audience of three, us and this chap.

We got drenched three times more as we walked along the towpath home. Then a reviving shower, a cup of tea and some leftover birthday cake.
