Mostly a Bust
We loaded Eric into the car, then into Kaiser, then signed in, then a long wait before they came out and said his doc had called in sick and didn’t we get the much earlier phone call about that. No. We missed the call. Then back home, the doc called to tell him to go back to the blood thinning meds. All that left us wiped out and reluctant. I sat piddling with paper and pen while he buried his nose in a book. Surely there will be better days ahead.
