Playtime

she loves to play with rolled up sweet papers, has done since she was a kitten.  We bought her a mobile ball cat toy for Christmas, it makes a funny squeaky noise and runs round the room, changes direction when it bumps into something,  It came today and we charged it up then was trying it out, she heard it and came downstairs to investigate, when she saw it, she shot under the table and at the first chance raced off upstairs again, I think she was traumatised by it. 

Yesterday was a busy day did lots of freezing of meat, and broccoli (we love broccoli) 

Hope wherever you are that you are not too badly hit by the storm Darragh, we are keeping our fingers crossed. It was raining tonight but not too heavy.

Not too far from us there was a mini tornado last night, did lots of damage.

 I remember at our first house a whirlwind/mini tornado came up the street and literally sucked out the bedroom window, we were in bed at the time but not asleep, it took the pane of glass up the street and I have no idea where it landed we just heard a sudden crash of glass, but next day although  we looked we never found where it had landed, probably on some spare land nearby. I was 8 months pregnant with Mark at the time, it's a wonder I didn't go into labour.
