Poster Girl

Did an extra granny taxi this afternoon and picked Kitty up from school.
As we passed the Kings Hall kitty exclaimed, “ the poster is up! “.
So l drove round again and pulled up outside the theatre.
And there it was the poster we knew was coming which features Kitty in the centre of the three ballerinas.
On the first Saturday in January there  will be a New Year’s Gala Concert featuring music, opera and ballet. Nineteen dancers from the Northern Ballet will be dancing four pieces and Kitty is one of the ensemble.
We knew there were going to be posters featuring her but had no idea when we would see them.
I’ve put the poster in extras, she looks so different stood there beside it to how she appears in the poster.

This evening l’ve been a helper at the Christmas show at the dance school l dance with on a Thursday. I was in charge of mulled wine ( spiced , apple juice was the non alcoholic alternative) and mince pies.
What a lovely evening and l will be repeating it twice tomorrow.
