It was the calm before the storm this morning, so I was grateful to get a reasonable bike ride done. This youngish egret gave me a blip before I had to get back to batten down the hatches in preparation for storm Darragh (120+kmh winds.) I put up a new trellis a few days ago which, despite being weighed down with a heavy plant pot and soil, blew over and broke. Now repaired with heavy duty screws so we shall see what tomorrow brings.
