Careful now!

There is a good selection of cooking knives here. Strangely, when I tried to buy one at a different shop earlier this year, none were on display, only cardboard images of individual knives. If you decided to buy one, you took the ‘picture’ to the till, and someone fetched it from a locked cupboard. Being unable to examine it and feel the weight etc, I decided against buying one there.
