Weld Done

I picked up an amazing bargain in a charity shop last week. It’s a children’s welding set where you put models together and ‘weld’ them to make them secure. It was brand new, not even opened and only cost me £4. As my student is car mad and loves making things, it seems like a no brainer. We started on the car model today and, although it was a little bit fiddly to start with, it was a really fun activity and he loved that he was actually welding the pieces together.
