A SHY PANSY

A very busy day today.  Started off with a Great QiGong session.  My lower back has been playing me up for a while and the QiGong certainly helps with that a little.

Then just housework and Christmas type stuff, a few phone calls that had to be made.

Saw this shy wee flower up the road and thought it brighened u a dark grey day. 

Hope Storm Darragh isn't too devastating for anyone, do take care and stay safe and I will see you all tomorrow.
