My wife loves her Air Fryers!

We have two that get used more than the actual oven.

It has been a good day for Mrs I. She had a GP appointment for blood tests and I took her by car, which she managed very well, albeit carefully and slowly.

We then parked outside the butcher's shop and bought supplies, mainly meat and veg, all locally produced and delicious.

On returning home she willingly cooked a fullEnglishbreakfastlunchdinnersupper which was mouthwatering and tasty.

I now waddle like a very fat labrador and feel as if I will never eat another thing...

Well, until the home made mince pies later, also acquired from the very same butcher's shop.

The Christmas Fair at Much Wenlock tomorrow has been called off. Very, very sad. Over a hundred and fifty stalls had been registered. The town had prepared for a bonanza weekend but the organisers have been advised to cancel due to Storm Darragh and conditions which 'pose a risk to life'

A shame but necessary caution, it is expected to be a severe storm and life is more important than a day's festivities.

The fire is lit and the kettle is on...now where did I put those mince pies...
