YMCA St Annes on Sea

Our training venue for this week's Momenta coach training. Good facilities, other than the room was a trifle hot.

After the training, Jojo and I worked out in a very well equipped gym. Got a bit of a beasting. Fab session, thoroughly enjoyed it. Partner training always makes me work harder. Waiting for the DOMS!!
