Trainers Again

Had to see the Nurse at GP Surgery this morning as thought my wound was seeping a bit too much. It was leaking a bit yesterday but same again this morning.

It’s difficult as the incision stitches are dissolving ones & bottom bit is healing well but just below the belly button, as it goes round it, was looking inflamed. Think my clothes had been rubbing slightly.

Not meant to put a dressing over the stitches but I put one on yesterday & needed to put a fresh one on this morning to try keep clean.

Nurse swabbed wound, cleaned, iodine patch & fresh dressing on & home with antibiotics for 7 days & more dressings.

More things to add to my meds alarms & they have to be on empty stomach with glass of water, the rest I’m taking are with food, although almost finished the strong painkillers.

Neighbour MiM gave me a lift to Dr’s then picked me up back to chemist & home. So kind of him.

Friend supposed to becoming this morning but may come tonight depending on how I’m feeling after tea.

Family coming tomorrow sometime, must try to write a shopping list.

Trainers got a wee walk to neighbours, to Drs Surgery from car, can’t get parked right at it & a wee walk from car to chemist then dropped at the door home.

Got changed back into PJs after lunch.

Tired but achieved what needed to be done!
