The Worlds Hottest Chilli Sauce

Out and abouts today for National Tree Day here in Australia. On the way to Port Elliot, where we were planting trees, we stopped at the Myponga Markets. There there was a guy spruiking the Worlds Hottest Chilli Sauce. He has a Guinness Book of World Records Certificate for the Sauce I tried. I can attest that it was seriously hot. Took me about 15 minutes to get over it.
