My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

And in my THIRD entry featuring Kelly the Change Trainer this week, I had another meeting with the Change Team today. 

I like meeting with them. They are a lot of fun.

Today, the whole of the office was overtaken by VERY OFFICIAL MEETINGS. They were called "Big Room Planning" sessions. I take this as the latest example of w*nkspeak meaning, "meetings where we talk about value streams and cross-functional collaboration and value propositions and lots of other things that no-one actually knows what they mean.

While pointing at a Miro board, of course.

I saw people forming "breakout groups" all over the office and using buzzwords. I felt so bad for all of the permanent employees. 

What this meant was that there were no meeting rooms to be had. So me and the Change Team had to squeeze into a small focus room instead. We ended up having a great laugh and we all had to promise not to fart.

Here you see me and Chrissy Pickles. Not real name. It turns out this is her nickname from her uni days because she loves pickles. I decided to bring it back and it has caught on. 

Another reason to love the Change Team.
