A Second Later

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

Today when I was waiting at traffic lights. I watched someone running for a bus.

He started quite a bit away from the bus and was absolutely belting along. I was willing him to get there and heard myself saying “go on, you can make it” out loud.

But it was not to be. He JUST got to the back of the bus and it drove off, leaving him looking very cheesed off.

The drama of real life. I felt crushed for him. It was such a shame.

I suspect I might have been slightly too invested!
