Wednesday in Wheels

This Chevy Corvette is 71 years old. How do I know that? It was born in the same year I was...1953. When it came out, the base price was 3,500 dollars. I'm guessing that they are worth MUCH more than that today.

Tomorrow is my day. My sigmoidectomy is scheduled for 8 a.m. tomorrow, and we have to be there at 6. 1-3 nights in the hospital depending on how body and systems react, followed by a period of mostly liquid, then a soft diet.

Fingers crossed. After my 2 previous hospital visits, I'm not a big fan. We shall see.
